Faris Awwad graduated from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in 2013, and he has been working in the hospitality industry ever since. Faris comes from an Arabic background and specializes in French and American cuisine. He was inspired by being able to take Arabic cuisine to the next level by adding his special western touch. Faris is more than thrilled to share his passion for cooking with you all.
